MUSICFEST. 23.4 FM.
I dont know how much i remembered from the sleeping so i will try to recall as much as possible.
screwed up. screwed up.
i agreed that often screwing up doesnt mean that it's okay to screw up.
miss a lot of lessons thanks to the full dress rehearsal. actually friday's lessons suck so i dont really mind. but my napfa is postponed to next friday :( if you still dont get what i mean, it means running with the guys! by myself? but amanda is kind enough to volunteer to run with me next week. Thank you:) It means a lot to me:)
down for duty for musicfest. the supposedly biggest event for PA crew. but my job is the simplest and junk job. not worth mentioning.
the emcee were quite funny.
the pyxis video was damn loud and the audience turned and looked at me, trying to signal me to lower the volume. erm, for your info i dont control the volume. No point looking at me.
haha. there's this part where we switched on the smoking machine to smoke the stage. but the fire alarm rang cos of the smoke. haha. the emcees were like errr.. then they did the awkward turtle thing. haha. it rang for quite some time so we decided it's not worth it to switch on the smoke machine. Or else music fest will be nothing but fire alarm.
Erm, i cant remember the sequence so it's a bit mixed up.
The drum duo was good, just that they seem to love shouting a lot. The whole thing is quite lame but i was quite high yesterday so was laughing at everything. You can ask Cheng Yee. Haha.
Natalie's performance was alright, she went a bit off sometimes. and she's freaking annoying for a finalist.
Eugene Lum's good. first for solo or vocal.
Who else? cant remember.
Dance. Jiayi and nic's dance was damn good. can sense the passion for dancing in them. i was touched the first time i watched it but i watched so many times, i am alright with it already.
The O.M.G performance was good too. The michael jackson moonwalk.
The teachers band were good too. Ean Xiang came up with the idea for them to come out from the audience:)
I will talk about the rest of it later. I'm late for school!
